Frequently asked questions
Do I need to create an account?
Personal features work without an account. Juntos is optional and requires an Apple account to share progress in groups.
How do I connect activity and rest data?
Open Profile and go to Activity and Rest. Before you grant permission, SIGUE explains which data it will read from Apple Health. You can change those permissions in Health or Settings.
Can SIGUE read workouts from my watch?
Yes. If your watch or its app saves compatible workouts to Apple Health, SIGUE can read them with your permission and show them alongside sessions you add manually.
Can I edit an imported session?
You can review and adjust the information SIGUE uses without changing the original record stored in Apple Health.
Why isn't my widget showing an updated summary?
Open SIGUE to refresh the summary and make sure the widget is added from the widget gallery. iOS determines when some background updates happen.
How do I revoke permissions?
You can manage Health, Motion, notifications, and Live Activities from Profile or in iOS Settings.
How do I delete my data?
To delete your Juntos account, go to Profile > SIGUE Account > Delete Account and confirm. Your sessions are revoked and your profile and social progress are deleted; if you manage groups, their shared history is deleted too. The process may remain pending while Apple confirms revocation. Deleting the app does not delete this account. Your local and iCloud personal data are managed separately; original Apple Health data is managed in Health.
Does SIGUE provide medical advice?
No. SIGUE is a general wellbeing app and does not replace evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment by healthcare professionals.
