Summary
1. Information stored on your device
SIGUE may store information you enter or configure locally, including:
- your name and personal focus;
- habits, intentions, and preferences;
- eating and rest records;
- movement and exercise sessions;
- daily progress, history, and check-ins;
- notification, appearance, and widget preferences.
This information is used to provide the app's features and personalize your experience on your device.
2. Apple Health
If you choose to connect Apple Health, SIGUE may request permission to read steps, walking or running distance, exercise time, sleep, and workouts. This data is used to show your progress and avoid asking you to record an activity twice.
The connection is optional. SIGUE does not write information to Apple Health. You can review or revoke permissions at any time in the Health app or Settings.
3. Motion and Fitness
When you explicitly start a movement session, SIGUE may use Motion and Fitness on iPhone to count the steps taken during that session. The app does not start sessions in the background without your action.
4. Widgets, Live Activities, and notifications
The widget receives a limited summary of your daily baseline through a private group shared between SIGUE and its extension. Live Activities temporarily show the status of sessions you start. Notifications are scheduled on your device according to your preferences.
5. SIGUE account and Juntos features
Juntos is optional and requires you to sign in with Apple. To provide this feature, Alejandro Sojo (SIGUE) processes an Apple identifier, your display name, session data, and the groups and challenges you join. For a challenge, the progress you submit, its date, the value you choose to share, and, when applicable, the duration you record are stored.
People in your group can see your display name and the progress shared in the challenge. We do not automatically send your personal habits, Apple Health records, or health samples to Juntos. We do not use this data for advertising or sell it.
The Juntos server is hosted in the United States. Data is transmitted between the app and server over HTTPS. The Apple token needed to revoke access when you delete your account is stored encrypted. The hosting provider may process technical connection data to operate and protect the service.
6. Data we do not collect
SIGUE does not use advertising, ad tracking, or third-party analytics SDKs. Personal features do not require an account. Health data is read on your device with your permission and is not sent to the Juntos server.
7. Website
holasigue.com does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics tools. The hosting provider may process technical data required to operate the site, such as IP addresses and security logs, under its own obligations and policies.
8. Deletion and control
To delete your Juntos account, open SIGUE > Profile > SIGUE Account > Delete Account and confirm. Your sessions are revoked and your profile, memberships, contributions, and the groups you manage with their shared history are deleted immediately from the primary database. The encrypted Apple credential and a minimal technical identifier are kept temporarily while Apple access revocation is retried; they are deleted afterward. If you cannot access the app, email privacidad@holasigue.com.
Deleted data may remain temporarily in backups until they rotate. You can send access, correction, or deletion requests to the same address.
Deleting the app does not delete your Juntos account or data on the server. It also does not delete local data synced through your private iCloud account. Original Apple Health data is managed in the Health app.
You can revoke Health, Motion, notification, and Live Activity permissions in iOS. We will handle access, correction, or deletion requests under applicable law.
9. Wellbeing, not medical care
SIGUE is a general wellbeing and personal progress tool. It does not provide diagnoses, treatments, or medical recommendations and does not replace care from healthcare professionals.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when SIGUE's features or applicable requirements change. We will publish the current version on this page and indicate its last updated date.
11. Data controller and contact
Alejandro Sojo is responsible for SIGUE. For privacy questions or requests about your data, contact privacidad@holasigue.com. The specific laws that apply may depend, among other things, on your location and the controller's location.
