Controller and scope
Alejandro Sojo, responsible for SIGUE, offers Juntos as an optional feature for adults. This notice describes the categories of health and wellbeing data that may be processed when you use it. The personal app remains local-first.
What data and why
When you voluntarily join a challenge, the server receives the progress you submit: its date, an optional value or duration, participation status, and your profile display name. Challenge activity may reveal information about routines or wellbeing. It is used only to show group progress and statistics and to operate the feature.
SIGUE does not send samples, steps, sleep, or workouts read from Apple Health to the server. That data is processed locally on your device.
Consent and choice
Juntos is optional. You choose whether to create an account, join a group, and submit records. Group members can see your display name and shared challenge progress. You can stop recording progress, leave a challenge, or delete your account.
Sharing and location
Challenge data is shown only to members of the relevant group. SIGUE does not sell this data or use it for advertising. The service is hosted on a server in the United States; the infrastructure provider processes data needed to host and protect the service.
Retention and deletion
Records are kept while you remain in a challenge. When you delete your account, your profile, memberships, contributions, and groups you manage with their shared history are immediately deleted from the primary database. An encrypted Apple credential and a minimal technical identifier remain only while Apple access revocation is being retried. Deleted data may remain temporarily in backups until they rotate.
Start deletion in SIGUE > Profile > SIGUE Account > Delete Account. To request access, correction, or deletion, email privacidad@holasigue.com.
